Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením energetické bilance strojů a zařízení na výrobu produktů z nanovláken zkonstruovaných na Technické univerzitě v Liberci. Vlastním výstupem je analýza, návrh a realizace měření spotřeby jednotlivých technologických a řídících prvků na všech strojích a zařízeních s ohledem na typ vyráběného produktu. V práci jsou popsány základní principy výroby nanovlákenných produktů. V závěru je pak zhodnocení výsledků měření použitého hardwaru.
This bachelor thesis deals with measuring the energy balance of machines and equipment for the production of nanofiber products constructed at the Technical University of Liberec. The actual output is the analysis, design, and implementation of consumption measurements of individual technological and control elements on all machines and equipment with regard to the type of product produced. The thesis describes the basic principles of the production of nanofiber products. The conclusion is an evaluation of the measurement results of the hardware used.
