dc.description.abstractThe aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the Quality management system in the company Unipress, ltd. and evaluate in economic terms its application. At the beginning of the thesis we can find its aim and contribution for the company. Subsequently, in the second chapter, ISO norms are introduced together with their practical usage. The third chapter presents the company and its products. The 4th chapter describes the quality management system in the company. The 5th chapter mentions the changes which happened in the company after the application of the system. The 6th chapter highlights the problematic areas localized during the supervisory audits nad offers possible improvements. The economic evaluation and conclusion can be found in the 7th chapter. The 8th chapter represents the end of the diploma thesis.en
dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je analyzovat Systém řízení jakosti ve společnosti Unipress, s.r.o. a ekonomicky zhodnotit jeho zavedení. V úvodu je uveden cíl práce a její přínos. V druhé kapitole jsou představeny normy ISO a jejich využití v praxi. Následně v 3. kapitole je představena firma a její výrobky. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje systém řízení jakosti ve firmě. Kapitola č.5 se zaobírá změnami, které ve společnosti nastaly po jeho zavedení. Šestá kapitola pojednává o problémových místech zjištěných na základě vykonaných dozorových auditů a navrhuje možná zlepšení. Sedmá kapitola se věnuje ekonomické analýze a zhodnocení zavedení certifikace. 8. kapitola představuje závěr diplomové práce.cs
