dc.description.abstractThese Bachelor´s Graduation Theses deal with problems of terminally ill seniors and it is based on present approaches to terminally ill people. Formation of methodology for work with terminally ill seniors at the after-care department of the Turnov Hospital is the purpose of this work. There are two basic areas in the work. It is a theoretical part based on processing and presentation of special sources that illustrates problems of care for terminally ill seniors in hospices and hospitals. In the practical part there was made a research of personnel preconditions for transformation of tthe hospice idea to the after-care department, this research was performed using questionnaire technique. Results of the work corfirmed the personnel preconditions and they also provided other valuable suggestions. Thus the purpose of the Bachelor´s Graduation Theses was fulfilled through creation of methodology of hospice idea transformation. Distributing of ideas of hospice movement to other places where people are dying can be considered to be the most important contribution of this work. The survey of educational requirements of the staff of the after-care department of the Turnov Hospital is the appreciable contribution of the work as well.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou terminálně nemocných seniorů a vycházela ze současných přístupů k terminálně nemocným. Jejím cílem bylo vytvoření metodiky pro práci s terminálně nemocnými seniory na následném ošetřovatelském oddělení turnovské nemocnice. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která pomocí zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů objasňovala problematiku hospicové a nemocniční péče o terminálně nemocné seniory. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí dotazníkové techniky personální předpoklady pro transformaci hospicové myšlenky na následné ošetřovatelské oddělení. Výsledky provedeného průzkumu potvrdily personální předpoklady a přinesly další cenné podněty. Cíl bakalářské práce byl vytvořením metodiky transformace hospicové myšlenky naplněn. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice je možné považovat šíření myšlenky hospicového hnutí na další místa, kde lidé umírají. Další nezanedbatelným přínosem je zmapování vzdělávacích potřeb personálu následného ošetřovatelského oddělení turnovské nemocnice.cs
