Abstract
Tato práce je zasazena do filosofie filmu a zabývá se analýzou filosofických,psychologických a morálních motivů ve filmové tvorbě známého amerického režiséra,scénáristy a herce, Quentina Tarantina. Dále se zabývá analýzou uměleckého násilí, jakojednoho z hlavních vyprávěcích prvků v režisérově tvorbě, obecnými kategoriemi násilía archetypickými situacemi týkajícími se rituálního násilí. Cílem této práce je představitrežiséra a jeho filmovou tvorbu, pomocí jeho životopisu a rozborů jeho vybraných děl.
This thesis is situated into philosophy of film and analyzes phylosophical,psychological and moral ideas in the cinematography of the famous american director,screenwriter and actor, Quentin Tarantino. The thesis also deals with the analysis of artviolence, as one of the major narrative instruments in the director's cinematography,general categories of violence and archetypal situations regarding ritual violence. Theaim of this thesis is to introduce the director and his cinematography, with the help ofhis biography and the analysis of his selected movies.
