Abstract
Diplomová práce, jak je již z názvu patrné, se zabývá cenovým porovnáním vybraných opravárenských úkonů na vozy Škoda a VW v České republice, a to jak v autorizovaných tak i nezávislých servisech. Toto porovnání je uvedeno formou grafů, které jsou získány z podkladů marketingového průzkumu společnosti Dekra Automobil a.s. Součástí práce je analýza jak autorizovaného servisu Škoda, tak i vybraných nezávislých servisů v České republice. Další nedílnou součástí práce je průzkum společnosti Gipa. Tato společnost zaměřila svůj průzkum především na to, jak zákazníci navštěvují a vnímají rozdíl mezi autorizovanými a nezávislými servisy. Cílem práce je reálně zhodnotit vybrané opravárenské úkony jednotlivých autoservisů.
This diploma work, apparently by it´s title, engages in the price comparison of the selected repair operations on the Skoda and VW cars in the Czech Republic. The work is oriented at the comparison of the accredited and independent car services. This comparison is mentioned in a form of charts, which are obtained from the sources of marketing research of the Dekra Company. Inner part of the work is analysis both accredited car services of the Skoda and selected independent car services in the Czech Republic. Another integral part of the work is research of the Gipa company. This company aimed it´s research especially at the fact, how customers visite and perceive the differences between those accredited and independent car services. The goal of this work is the realistic evaluation of the selected repair operations of the individual car services.
