Abstract
Práce se zabývá výzkumem uplatňování outsourcingových principů v českých malých a sředních podnicích jako možnosti inovace organizační struktury. Práce je zpracována v devíti kapitolách, které lze rozdělit do pěti ucelených částí. Šestou část pak tvoří přílohy, které jsou nedílnou součástí práce.
