Abstract
Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty vietnamské minority. Práce obsahuje teoretické informace o multikulturním ošetřovatelství a koncepčních modelech souvisejících s tématem multikulturního ošetřovatelství. Dále obsahuje informace týkající se specifik ošetřovatelské péče, komunikace a typických kulturních zvyků vietnamské minority. Ve výzkumné části jsou zjišťovány znalosti všeobecných sester o specificích ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů vietnamské minority, zájem všeobecných sester o problematiku multikulturního ošetřovatelství a koncepční modely související s touto problematikou. Jako výstup práce bude vypracován návrh metodiky vzdělávacího kurzu pro všeobecné sestry s využitím koncepčních modelů v oblasti péče o minoritní národnosti v praxi.
Bachelor thesis is devoted to problems of nursing care for patients vietnamese minority. Thesis includes theoretical information about multicultural nursing and conceptual models related to the topic of multicultural nursing. It also contains information concerning the specifics of nursing care, communication and typical cultural habits of the vietnamese minority. In the research section are detected the knowledge of general nurses about the specifics of nursing care in patients vietnamese minority, interest of of general nurses about issues of multicultural nursing and conceptual models related to this issue. The output of the thesis will be drawn up proposal of methodology educational course for general nurses using conceptual models of care for minority nationalities in practice.
