Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá znalostmi všeobecných sester v péči o pacienta s tracheostomii. Teoretická část popisuje, co je to tracheostomie a ošetřovatelskou péči o tracheostomii. Výzkumná část obsahuje cíle a výzkumné předpoklady. Dále je popsána metodika výzkumu, charakteristika výzkumného vzorku, analýza výzkumných dat cílů a předpokladů interpretace výsledků s grafickým zpracováním. Další kapitoly obsahují diskuzi, návrh doporučení a závěr. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda všeobecné sestry znají postup ošetřovatelské péče při ošetřování tracheostomie, zda sestry znají postup odsávání z dýchacích cest a postup toalety dýchacích cest a zda sestry znají postupy prevence kontaminace tracheostomické kanyly. Výstupem práce je standardní ošetřovatelský postup.
Bachelor´s work undertakes of knowledges of universal nurses about care of tracheostomy patients. In teoretical part there is defined term of tracheostomy and also includes care of tracheostomy.Practical part is based on quantitative research enquiry, structured questionary and direct surveillance without respondents acceptance. The research proceeded in VFN Prague on standard ear-nose-and-throat department, standard neurology department, and on first clinic of tuberculosis and respirátory diseases. All respondents were universal nurses. The goal of this work is to find out if nurses knows medical care techniques of tracheostomy treatment and if they knows techniques of air passages exhausting, techniques of air passages convenience and techniques of precaution of the tracheostomy cannulas contamination. Ascension of this work is standard medical care of tracheostomy patient.
