Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku edukace perioperačními sestrami na neurochirurgických operačních sálech. Edukace pacientů je nedílnou součástí ošetřovatelského procesu, kdy pacient v roli posluchače a sestra v roli edukátorky vytváří aktivní spolupracující dvojici.Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základy edukace v perioperační péči. V této části jsou popsané základy edukace neurochirurgického pacienta od předoperační přípravy až po pooperační péči, včetně péče na jednotce intenzivní péče.Praktická část je zpracovaná metodou kvantitativního výzkumného šetření realizovaného formou dotazníků. Data získaná od pacientů Krajské nemocnice v Liberci a.s. byla statisticky zhodnocena a zpracována. Cílem výzkumného setření je zjištění, jaké informace mají pacienti o perioperační péči na neurochirurgii. Dále zda chtějí být pacienti informováni o událostech související s operačním výkonem a jaké jsou jejich nejčastější dotazy ohledně perioperačním období. Výstupem bakalářské práce je vytvoření vstupního edukačního standardu pro dospělé pacienty před plánovaným operačním výkonem na neurochirurgii.
The bachelor thesis is focused on the education of the patients with perioperative nurses at neurosurgical theatres. Patient education is the corner stone of the nursing care, where patient is listener and nurse educator and as such they represent active cooperative couple. This thesis contains a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basics of education in general perioperative nursing care. In addition, the specifics of the neurosurgical nursing care from preoperative preparation phase to postoperative care, intensive care included, are underlined. The practical part is quantitative study in the form of questionnaires. Data were collected from patients of the Regional hospital in Liberec. Study objective is to reveal which information patients have about perioperative neurosurgical care. Further, we wanted to know whether the patients want to informed about the events during the surgery and which are the most frequently asked questions about the perioperative care. The outcome of the bachelor thesis is an educational standard for adult patients before elective surgical treatment in neurosurgery.
