Abstract
Akutní leukémie je jedním ze základních hematoonkologických onemocnění postihující jedince v dětském i dospělém věku. Bakalářská práce se zabývá znalostmi studentů o akutní leukémii. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část práce se zabývá hematoonkologickým onemocněním (akutní leukémií, jejím dělením, diagnostikou, léčbou a komplikacemi), dále sternální punkcí, včetně přípravy pacienta na výkon, popis výkonu a následný režim pacienta po výkonu. Dále se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta s akutní leukémii. Výzkumná část je zpracována kvantitativní metodou. Výzkum probíhal pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat znalosti studentů o akutní leukémii, o specifikách ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s akutní leukémií a o odběru kostní dřeně (sternální punkce). Výstupem bakalářské práce je vytvoření studijní opory.
Acute leukemia is one of the most frequent hematological diseases affecting both children and adults. The bachelor thesis deals with students´ knowledge about acute leukemia. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with this hematooncological disease (acute leukemia, its division, diagnosis, treatment and complications); further it focuses on sternal puncture, including preparation of the patient for the intervention, description of the intervention and subsequent regime of the patient after the intervention. Next, the thesis deals with nursing patients with acute leukemia. The research part has been processed by a quantitative method. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to map students´ knowledge of acute leukemia, the specifics of nursing care for patients with acute leukemia and bone marrow extraction (sternal puncture). The output of the bachelor thesis is creation of study support.
