Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním negativních vlivů na měření saturace hemoglobinu v arteriální části krevního řečiště. V první části práce jsou formou rešerše shrnuty základní potřebné znalosti o dané problematice. Je zde například popsán princip funkce pulzního oxymetru. Jsou zde také shrnuty okolnosti, které mohou mít negativní dopad na naměřené hodnoty saturace. Ve druhé části je popsán průběh experimentálního měření saturace za přítomnosti negativních vnějších vlivů. Tato data jsou zde také vyhodnocena. V závěru je práce shrnuta a jsou rozebrány její výsledky.
This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluating of negative influences on the measurement of hemoglobin saturation in the arterial part of the blood stream. In the first part of the thesis the basic knowledge about the given issue is summarized in the form of the research. Here is described for example the principle of pulse oximetry. There are also summarized circumstances that may have a negative impact on measured values. The second part of this thesis describes step by step how all the measured values were geathered. At the end this thesis summarizes all the results. Those results are also analyzed.
