Abstract
Bakalářská práce s názvem ``Bazální stimulace jako prostředek komunikace sestra - klient/pacient`` měla za cíl zjistit informovanost o této problematice a využití konceptu v praxi. Dále jsem se zabývala otázkou způsobu komunikace a navázání kontaktu s klientem/pacientem. Práce je členěná na část teoretickou, ve které zjišťuji dosavadní situaci, zaměřuji se na komunikaci a využití prvků bazální stimulace při kontaktu s klientem/pacientem. Praktická část byla sestavena na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření. Zjištěná data vedla k potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotéz. Doufám, že tato práce bude přínosem pro integraci konceptu do praxe a povede k seznámení zdravotníků a širší veřejnosti s využitím prvků stimulace. Pro tyto účely jsem vytvořila informační materiál, který je vlastním návodem pro využití polohování v praxi.
The bachelor work with the title ``Basal stimulation as the means of communication between a nurse and a patient`` had a goal to find out awareness about this area and use the concept in practise. Furthermore, I was interested in the methods of communication and establishing the contact with client/patient. My work is divided into theoretical part, in which I am probing existing situations. I am focusing on communication and use of basal stimulation by the contact with client/patient elements. Practical part was composed on the basis of the questionnaire investigation results. Data that I have found out led to the confirmation or rebuttal of the original hypothesis. I hope that this work will benefit for integration the concept to practise and lead to acquaintance medical orderly and wide public with the elements of basal stimulation. I created information material for this purpose, which serves as a manual for using positioning in the practise.
