Abstract
Téma bakalářské práce je zaměřeno na obstipaci vyvolanou dlouhodobým užíváním opioidů v průběhu léčby chronické bolesti. Teoretická část práce se zabývá specifiky chronické bolesti, dále opioidy, které jsou v současné době nedílnou součástí její léčby, a zácpou, jako častým nežádoucím účinkem dlouhodobého užívání opioidů. Cílem empirické části práce bylo zjistit za pomoci dotazníku četnost výskytu obstipace u skupiny pacientů užívajících opioidy k léčbě chronické bolesti, zmapovat informovanost těchto pacientů o možnostech řešení obstipace režimovými opatřeními a zjistit, které metody tito pacienty preferují ke zmírnění obstipace. Na podkladě výzkumného šetření bude vypracován edukační plán o režimových opatřeních, který bude sloužit všeobecným sestrám jako podklad při edukaci pacientů užívajících opioidy k léčbě chronické bolesti, o režimových opatřeních v prevenci a léčbě obstipace.
The bachelor thesis is focused on constipation that is caused by long term usage of opioids during the treatment of chronical pain. The theoretical part deals with specifics of chronical pain, with opioids, which are an integral part of its treatment, and with constipation as a common adverse effect of the long term usage of opioids. The aim of the empiric part of the thesis was ascertaining the frequency of constipation occurrence within a group of patients using opioids for chronical pain treatment by a questionnaire, next aim was to survey the awareness of those patients about the possible constipation solutions by using preventative measures and about methods of constipation alleviation preferred by the patients. On the basis of the research will be established an educational plan for registered nurses, this plan will serve as a basis for education of patients taking opioids for treatment of chronical pain and as a base for preventative measures in prevention and treatment of constipation.
