Abstract
V bakalářské práci se zabýváme onemocněním varixů dolních končetin. Práci rozdělujeme na 2 části, tedy teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretickou část rozdělujeme dále na medicínský segment a ošetřovatelský segment. Vysvětlujeme zde, co jsou to varixy, jak vznikají a za jakých okolností, jejich stupně a dělení. Dále zmiňujeme diagnostické techniky, možnosti odstranění, předoperační a pooperační péči, komplikace operační rány a v neposlední řadě se zabýváme edukací pacientů.
Cílem praktické části je zjistit znalosti a dovednosti pacientů po operaci varixů dolních končetin, konkrétně se zaměřujeme na bandážování, pohybovou aktivitu po operaci a péči o operační ránu. K dosažení těchto cílů jsme zvolili kvantitativní metodu, ke které jsme využili dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem práce je edukační standard a k němu navíc informační leták pro pacienty.
In the bachelor's thesis, we deal with the disease of varicose veins of the lower limbs. We divide the work into 2 parts, theoretical and practical. We further divide the theoretical part into a medical segment and a nursing segment. We describe here what are varicose veins, how they arise and under what circumstances, their degrees and divisions. We also mention diagnostic techniques, removal options, pre- and post-operative care, complications of surgical wounds and education of pacients. The aim of the practical part is to find out the knowledge and skills of patients after surgery for varicose veins of the lower limbs, specifically we are focusing on bandaging, moving after surgery, and care of the surgical wound. We chose a quantitative method for the research, for which we used a questionnaire survey. The output of this bachleor is an educational snadrard and an extra information leaflet for patients.
