Možnosti eliminace delaminačního porušení lepených spojů modifikací polypropylenových substrátů
Abstract
Práce se zabývá problematikou lepení skla na lakovaný panel pátých dveří ve společnosti Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o. Teoretická část je věnována předúpravám povrchu plastových dílů a dále procesům lepení a lakování využívaných v automobilovém průmyslu. Cílem experimentální části bylo porovnání dvou lakovacích procesů a studium výsledného porušení lepených dílů. Dále bylo účelem práce zjistit, jak množství talku v materiálu ovlivní kvalitu výsledného lepeného spoje.
The thesis is focused on the problem of bonding glass to the painted panel of the fifth door in Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o. The theoretical part is devoted to pre-treatment of plastic parts surface as well as to bonding and painting processes used in automotive industry. The aim of the experimental part was to compare two painting processes and to study the resulting failure of bonded parts. Furthermore, the purpose of the work was to determine how the amount of talc in the material affects the quality of the resulting bonded joint.
