Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá měřením profilu rychlostních polí uvnitř modelu bifurkace karotidy. Pro experimentální měření byla použita metoda laserové anemometrie. V první části práce jsou formou rešerše shrnuty metody používané k měření rychlosti průtoku uvnitř cév. Ve druhé části je popsán postup experimentálního měření a zpracování dat. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty její výsledky.
This diploma thesis deals with measurements of flow velocities in the real model of the carotid bifurcation. Particle image velocimetry was used for experimental measurements during this work. In the first part of this paper the methods for measurement of blood flow of blood vessels inside human body are summarized. The second part of this paper consists of description of the procedures that we used for measurements and to post process all data. In the final part of this paper the results are summarized.
