Vývoj vybavení vozidel zdravotnické záchranné služby
Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je vývoj vybavení vozidel zdravotnické záchranné služby na území České republiky. Tato teoretická práce je rozdělená do tří velkých kapitol, které dohromady poskytují náhled do historického vývoje sanitních vozidel, zdravotnické techniky a zdravotnické záchranné služby jako takové. V první kapitole je v časovém sledu popsána stručná historie záchranné služby na našem území a nejdůležitější mezníky v jejím vývoji. Druhá kapitola se věnuje popisu zdravotnických vozidel včetně charakteristiky konkrétních modulů a jejich zajímavostí. Též je podle časového sledu rozdělena do jednotlivých podkapitol. Poslední z kapitol obsahuje výčet užívané zdravotnické techniky a transportních a imobilizačních pomůcek. Oddíl specifikuje jejich přesné použití a význam v urgentní medicíně včetně historického vývoje jednotlivých pomůcek. Ke zpracování byla využita metoda review a syntéza.
The topic of my bachelor thesis is the development of emergency medical vehicle equipment on area of the current Czech Republic. This theoretical work is divided into three chapters which together provide an insight to the historical development of ambulances, medical devices and medical emergency services as such. First chapter is devoted to brief history of the rescue service in the area of the Czech Republic and the important milestones in its development described in chronological order. The second chapter deal with the description of medical vehicles, including characteristics of specific modules and their interesting features. It is divided into individual subsections according to the time sequence as well. The last of the chapters contains a list of used medical equipment and aids for transportation and immobilization. This section specifies their exact use and importance in emergency medicine, including the historical development of individual devices. The review and synthesis method were used to processing the thesis.
