Abstract
S pacienty, kteří mají zavedený permanentní močový katétr, se setkáváme téměř na všech odděleních. Přesto správně edukovat pacienta nebo jeho blízké nebývá samozřejmostí. Bakalářská práce je věnována této problematice. Výsledkem bude edukační materiál určený pro edukátory. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou problematikou močových katétrů, katetrizací a edukací u pacientů s permanentním močovým katétrem. Ve výzkumné části jsou stanoveny výzkumné cíle a hypotézy. Je popsán průběh výzkumu. Následuje zpracování výsledků, jejich analýza a interpretace s grafickým a statistickým zpracováním, diskuze, doporučení pro praxi a závěr.
Although we meet patients with permanent urinary catheters almost on every hospital ward, it is not uncommon to see the patients or their relatives insufficiently educated about this procedure. This study is dedicated to this issue. The result will be educating material for educators. The theoretical part of the study addresses the subject of urinary catheters, catheterization, and education of patients with permanent urinary catheters. The research part then establishes the aims and the hypotheses of the research. In detail it describes the process of the research followed by the results, analysis, graphic and statistical interpretation, discussion, recommendation for practical use and the conclusion.
