Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá průzkumem aktuálního stavu výroby, montáže, kvality, řízení a plánování výroby strojírenské organizace Wikov Industry a. s., konkrétně části Wikov MGI, sídlící v Hronově. Na začátku práce je popsána teorie ukazatelů efektivní výroby a nástroje řízení výroby. Následuje stanovení klíčových znaků efektivní výroby pro podnik. V úvodu praktické části se nachází stručná charakteristika společnosti, popis konkrétní části a představení výrobních možností. Následuje pojednání o problematice efektivní výroby. Dále je proveden průzkum stávajícího stavu výroby, montáže a kvality, včetně metody plánování a řízení výroby. V závěru práce jsou zpracována získaná data a vypracována tabulka četností neshod, Paretův diagram a Ishikawův diagram. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce je navržení konkrétních řešení, potencionálně vedoucích ke zvýšení efektivity výroby v daném podniku.
This bachelor thesis deals with the research of the current state of production, assembly, quality, management, and production planning of the engineering organisation Wikov Industry a.s., specifically the part of Wikov MGI, located in Hronov. At the beginning of the thesis the theory of efficient production indicators and production management tools are described. This is followed by the determination of the key characters of efficient production for the enterprise. In the introduction of the practical part there is a brief characteristic of the company, description of the specific part and introduction of production possibilities. This is followed by a discussion of the issue of efficient. Next, a survey of the current state of production, assembly and quality is conducted, including the method of production planning and control. At the end of the paper, the collected data are processed, and table of frequency of discrepancies, Pareto diagrams and Ishikawa diagrams are developed. The result of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of specific solutions, potentially leading to an increase in the efficiency of production in the enterprise.
