Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá informovaností mužů o nádorovém onemocnění a preventivním samovyšetření varlat. Skládá se ze dvou částí, teoretické a empirické. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie a fyziologie varlat, klasifikace nádorů varlat, epidemiologie, příznaky, diagnostika a léčba. Samotnou kapitolu pak tvoří prevence nádorů varlat, která zahrnuje i preventivní samovyšetření. V empirické části je především cílem zjistit informovanost mladých mužů o preventivním samovyšetření varlat. Výstupem bakalářské práce bude edukační poster.
The bachelor thesis deals with men's awareness of testicular cancer and preventive testicular self-examination. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part briefly describes the anatomy and physiology of the testicles, classification of testicular cancer, epidemiology, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. Prevention of testicular cancer including preventive self-examination is discussed in a separate chapter. The empirical part is primarily devoted to young men's awareness of preventive testicular self-examination.
