Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na znalosti všeobecných sester o hodnotících škálách zaměřených na bolest, dekubity a invazivní vstupy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě čás-ti, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivé hodnotící škály, a jak již napovídá název, uvádí i základní přehled informací o Evidence Based Nursing (EBN).V druhé (výzkumné) části byly nejprve formulovány čtyři výzkumné otázky, které vedly k přípravě scénáře polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a následně byly využity jako nástroj pro sběr dat. Polostrukturované rozhovory byly vedeny s všeobecnými sestrami. Práce jako celek poskytuje informace a přehled ohledně Evidence Based Nursing a přede-vším o hodnotících škálách zaměřených na bolest, dekubity a invazivní vstupy. Teoretické poznatky jsou konfrontovány se skutečnými znalostmi všeobecných sester ohledně EBN. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci
This bachelor thesis is focused on the knowledge of general nurses about evaluation scales focused on pain, pressure ulcers and invasive inputs. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the individual evaluation scales and, as the name suggests, provides a basic overview of in-formation about Evidence Based Nursing.In the second (research) part, four research questions were first formulated, which led to the preparation of a scenario of semi-structured interviews, which were used as a tool for data collection. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with general nurses. The work as a whole provides information and an overview of Evidence Based Nursing and especially about the evaluation scales focused on pain, pressure ulcers and invasive inputs. Theoretical findings are confronted with the real knowledge of general nurses about EBN. The output of the bachelor thesis is an article prepared for publication.
