Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá živelnými katastrofami se zaměřením na biotickou katastrofu konkrétně na epidemie meningitidy. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část obsahuje popis živelných katastrof a platné legislativy vztahující se k tématu. Dále je zde popsané onemocnění meningitida a přednemocniční neodkladná péče zdravotnické záchranné služby. Zaměřuje se také na zásady osobních ochranných prostředků a popisy standardizovaného postupu zdravotnické záchranné služby. V rámci výzkumu je zjišťována připravenost zdravotnických záchranářů na infekční onemocnění, meningitidu. Jsou zjišťovány postupy při dezinfekci a dekontaminaci zdravotnických záchranářů, vozidel i vybavení. Zkoumají se zde i protiepidemické zásady při poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče.
This bachelor´s thesis deals with natural disasters with focus on a biotic disaster, specifically on the meningitis epidemics. The bachelor´s thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part contains a description of natural disasters and a valid legislation related to the topic. There are also described meningitis and a prehospital emergency medical care. It is focused on the principles of personal protective equipment and descriptions of the standardized procedure of the emergency medical service, too. The research examines the readiness of paramedics for infectious diseases, meningitis. There are determined the procedures for disinfection and decontamination of paramedics, vehicles and equipment. The thesis researches also the basic principles of epidemiology for the prehospital emergency care.
