Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá elektrokardiografií a problematikou vyhodnocování elektrokardiografické křivky z pohledu studenta studijního oboru Zdravotnický záchranář. Elektrokardiografie patří mezi základní vyšetřovací a diagnostické metody v kardiologii. Nezastupitelné místo má i v přednemocniční neodkladné péči, proto je nezbytné, aby zdravotnický záchranář uměl zhotovit záznam elektrokardiografické křivky a následně jej vyhodnotit. Teoretická část se zabývá vývojem elektrokardiografie, elektrokardiografem a způsobem vyhodnocení elektrokardiografické křivky. Dále se zabývá postupem zhotovení elektrokardiogramu v přednemocniční neodkladné péči a popisem patologických rytmů. Výzkumná část je vytvořena kvantitativní metodou výzkumu, technikou dotazníku. Zaměřuje se na znalosti studentů studijního oboru Zdravotnický záchranář na vybrané fakultě, o specifické ošetřovatelské péči před, během a po zhotovení elektrokardiogramu a jeho následného vyhodnocení. To znamená rozpoznání fyziologické a patologické křivky.
This bachelor thesis deals with electrocardiography and specifics of electrocardiographic diagnostics of lines from the point of view of Paramedic student. Electrocardiography is one of the basic examination and diagnostic methods in cardiology. It also plays an irreplaceable role in pre-hospital emergency care, so it is essential that the health care professional can record the electrocardiography line and then evaluate it. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the heart, the development of electrocardiography, electrocardiograph and the method of evaluation of the electrocardiography line. It also deals with the procedure of preparation of electrocardiogram in pre-hospital emergency care and description of pathological rhythms. The research part consists of a quantitative research method using an electronic questionnaire. It examines with the knowledge of students in the field of Health Care at a selected faculty, education of medical fields, about specific nursing care before, during and after fabrication of the electrocardiogram and its subsequent evaluation, that means recognition of physiological and pathological lines.
