Abstract
V bakalářské práci jsme popsali specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s hrudním drénem. Práce jsme rozdělili na dvě části. V teoretické části se věnujeme anatomii hrudníku a fyziologii dýchání, indikacím pro zavedení, hrudním drénům a drenážním systémům, ošetřovatelské práci, ošetřovatelskému procesu a komplikacím. Ve výzkumné části prezentujeme výsledky dotazníkového šetření, kde jsme oslovili zdravotnické záchranáře a všeobecné sestry se specializací v intenzivní péči. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda dotazovaní znají specifika ošetřovatelské péče. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci v odborném časopise
The bachelor thesis describes the specifics of nursing care for a patient with chest drain. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with chest anatomy and respiratory physiology, indications for insertion, thoracic drains and drainage systems, nursing work, nursing process and complications. In the research part we present the results of a questionnaire, where we approached paramedics and general nurses specializing in intensive care. The aim of the thesis was to find out whether the interviewees know the specifics of nursing care. The output of this thesis is an article prepared for publication in a professional journal.
