Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem vřetene pro stolní frézku s automatickou výměnou ná-strojů pro nástrojový držák ISO 20, součástí je také návrh zásobníku nástrojů s pěti pozice-mi. V úvodní teoretické části se práce věnuje představení problematiky automatické výměny nástrojů a poté se zabývá konstrukcí vřeten obráběcích strojů. Následuje seznámení s konstrukcí frézky, na kterou bude vřeteno určeno, poté následuje rešerše vřeten s AVN pro menší stroje. V praktické části práce je představeno vlastní řešení vřetene s AVN a zásobník nástrojů.
This thesis deals with the topic automatic tool change for table milling machine with tool holder ISO 20, there is also design of magazine for five tools. The introduction teoretical part is dedicated to problematice of automatic tool change and there is introduction to de-sign of spindles for machinig. Next part is devoted to introduction present state of table CNC milling machine for wich the spindle is intended. Then there is a short part about small spindles and magazines for automatic tool change on the market. In the practical part is pre-sented the own design of the spindle with automatic tool change and own magazine for tools.
