Abstract
Manipulace s použitými ostrými předměty ve zdravotnictví je velmi rizikové z hlediska poranění a přenosu infekčních onemocnění. K poranění nejčastěji dochází v souvislosti s nepříznivými vlivy při práci sestry s ostrými předměty. Poranění zdravotnických pracovníků obvykle závisí na několika negativních vlivech, jako je například stres, nezkušenost, neopatrnost, ale také nežádoucí reakce pacienta, které vznikají během pracovní činnosti. Bakalářská práce se zabývá manipulací s použitými ostrými předměty ve zdravotnictví. První část je věnována teorii, kde nalezneme kapitoly věnující se hygienicko-epidemiologickému režimu, ošetřovatelské činnosti v souvislosti s hygienicko-epidemiologickým režimem a poranění o použitý ostrý předmět při ošetřovatelské činnosti. Druhou částí je část výzkumná, ta analyzuje znalosti všeobecných sester o hlášení, ošetření a rizicích při poranění o použitý ostrý předmět. Zvolili jsme kvantitativní metodu s šetřením pomocí dotazníků.
Manipulation with used sharp objects in healthcare is very risky in terms of injury and transmission of infectious diseases. Injuries are most often associated with adverse effects when nurses work with sharp objects. Injuries to healthcare professionals usually depend on several negative effects, such as stress, inexperience, carelessness, as well as adverse reactions by patient during work. This bachelor thesis deals with manipulation of used sharp objects in health care. The first part is devoted to the theory, where we can find chapters dealing with hygienic-epidemiological regime, nursing activities in connection with the hygienic-epidemiological regime and injuries to the used sharp object in nursing activities. The second part is the research part, which analyses the knowledge of general nurses about reporting, treatment and risks of injuries caused by used sharp object. We have chosen a quantitative method with questionnaire survey.
