Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku kompetencí zdravotnických záchranářů v praxi. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na kompetence zdravotnických záchranářů, jejich charakteristiku, vzdělávání zdravotnických záchranářů, kompetence bez indikace lékaře a s indikací lékaře a kompetence zdravotnických záchranářů ve Slovenské a Polské republice. Dále řeší jejich odpovědnost a organizace, které zdravotnické záchranáře zastupují. Výzkumná část je vypracovaná kvantitativní metodou výzkumu s využitím techniky dotazníku. Cílem práce je zjistit zda zdravotničtí záchranáři znají a či překračují své kompetence v praxi. Dále jsou také uvedeny možná řešení této problematiky v praxi. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of the competence of paramedics in practice. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the competencies of paramedics, their characteristics, education of paramedics, competence without indication of the doctor and with indication of the doctor and the competence of paramedics in the Slovak Republic and Poland. It also addresses their responsibilities and the organizations that represent paramedics. Research part is elaborated by quantitative research method using the questionnaire technique. Aim of this work is to find out if the paramedics know the competencies and if they are exceeding their competences in practice. In addition, possible solutions to this issue in practice are put. The output of the thesis is an article ready for publication.
