Abstract
Cílem této práce je zhodnocení možností zobrazování magnetickou rezonancí, popis možností vyhodnocování výstupu vyšetření magnetickou rezonancí, experimentálně porovnat vliv nastavení parametrů magnetické rezonance na výsledný kontrast na MR obrazech a prozkoumat možnosti zlepšení zobrazování. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis fyzikálního principu, vývoje a možností zobrazování magnetickou rezonancí. Praktická část se poté zabývá experimentálním ověřením vlivu různých nastavení parametrů magnetické rezonance na výsledný kontrast.
The goal of this work is to evaluate the posibilities of magnetic resonance imaging, to describe the possibilities of MRI output evaluation, to experimetally compare the influence of magnetic resonance parameters settings on the final contrast of MR images and to explore the possibilities of imaging improvement. The teoretical part is focused on description of the physical principle, the evolution and possibilities of magnetic resonance imaging. The practical part then deals with the experimental verification of the influence of various MR parameters on the final contrast.
