Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá trendem ekonomiky sdílení, která zaznamenala značný růstve 21. století. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat sektor sdílení v metropoli Praha a zaměřit se především na oblast regulace. Teoretická část je zaměřena na objasnění terminologie, která s danou problematikou souvisí. Vymezení těchto termínů je klíčové pro porozumění vztahům vyskytujících se v sektoru sdílení a objasnění principu fungování tohoto trendu. Aplikační část je zaměřena na komplexní rešerši ubytovacích a dopravních služeb v rámci sdílené ekonomiky ve dvou evropských metropolích, na jejímž základě je následně provedena komparativní analýza. Klíčovou částí je zhodnocení efektivnosti regulace v odvětví sdílení a vytipování oblastí, kde se vyskytují regulační mezery. Závěrem je vytvořeno doporučení popisující doplňující možnosti regulace vybraných odvětví, u kterých lze konstatovat, že existují nedostatky v regulaci.
The master thesis deals with the uprising trend of sharing economy, which has substantially grown in the 21st century. The main aim of this thesis is to map the sharing sector in Prague and focus mainly on the field of regulation. The theoretical part describes the main terminology that is relevant to the topic. Defining these terms is crucial for understanding the relations that occur within this sector. The expressions also provide a clarification of the principle that this trend works on. The analytical part provides complex research in the areas of accommodation services and transport services as a part of sharing economy in two European metropolises. Based on the data, a comparative analysis is structured later on. The key part of the thesis is evaluation of the effectiveness of regulation in the sharing sector and pointing out areas where several regulation gaps can be found. The last part of offers a recommendation that lists multiple options that could be used to ensure better regulation in the selected fields that currently lack proper regulatory measures.
