Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Kompetence zdravotnických záchranářů popisuje v úvodní části, jakými náležitostmi se zabývá teoretická část, která se zejména zaměřuje na vymezení kompetencí a popsání aspektů okolo zdravotnických záchranářů a záchranářů pro urgentní medicínu. Následně byl uskutečněn popis výzkumu dané problematiky a jeho realizace. Poté následovalo popsání jednotlivých výsledků dotazníkového šetření. Bylo analyzováno, v jakých aspektech jsou největší nedostatky a naopak vyzvednuto, kde byly výsledky na dobré úrovni. Na závěr bylo představeno několik řešení pro danou problematiku, která by mohla situaci znalosti a překračování kompetencí zlepšit.
This bachelor thesis called the competence of emergency medical technicians describes introductory part the essentials of the theoretical part, which focuses on the definition of competencies and the description of aspects around emergency medical technicians and paramedics. Subsequently, a description of the research and its implementation was carried out. Then the results of the questionnaire survey were described. It was analyzed in what aspects are the biggest shortcomings and on the other hand it was raised, where the results were good. In the end, several solutions for the issue were presented, which could improve eduaction and the failure in crossing the competencies
