Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá endoskopickoretrográdní cholangiopankreatografií a specifikami ošetřovatelské péče před vyšetřením, během vyšetření a po vyšetření. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, první část je teoretická a zabývá se samotnou vyšetřovací metodou, její historií, indikacemi a kontraindikacemi vyšetření i nejčastějšími zákroky prováděnými při ERCP a specifiky ošetřovatelské péče před, při a po vyšetření ERCP. Druhou část tvoří část výzkumná, která je zpracována kvantitativní metodou. Výzkum se zabývá zjištěním znalostí studentů o této vyšetřovací metodě. Výzkum byl zpracován pomocí dotazníkového šetření.
The Barchelor thesis deals with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and the specificities of the nursing care before medical examination, during medical examination and after medical examination. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, which deals with the examination method itself and its history, indications and contraindications of the examination even in the most common steps taken in ERCP and the specificities of the nursing care before, during and after the ERCP examination. The second part formses on the theoretical part which is processed by a quantitative method and research deals with the actual discovery of students knowledge of this examination method. The research was conducted through a questionnaire.
