Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacienta po artroskopii kolenního kloubu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje vývoj a význam artroskopie, indikace, kontraindikace a komplikace artroskopie kolenního kloubu. Dále se zaměřuje na specifika ošetřovatelské péče a edukaci pacientů po artroskopii kolenního kloubu. Ve výzkumné části je vytvořen edukační standard, který byl ověřen dotazníkovým šetřením v praxi. Cílem práce je zjistit informovanost pacientů o zásadách péče o operační ránu, zásadách pohybového režimu a prevence tromboembolické nemoci po artroskopii kolenního kloubu. Výstupem bakalářské práce je ověřený edukační standard na téma Edukace pacienta po artroskopii kolenního kloubu.
The bachelor thesis is focused on eduacation of patients undergoing knee arthroscopy. The theoretical part describes the origin, indications, contraindications and complications of knee arthroscopy. Then, it is concentrated on the specifics of nursing care and the education of patients after knee arthroscopy. An educational standard created in the research part was verified by a questionnaire survey in practice. The aim of the thesis is to find out the level of patient´s awareness of the principles of wound care, principles of movement regime and a thrombosis prevention after knee arthroscopy. The output of the bachelor thesis is a certified educational standard on the topic of Instructions for Patients after Knee Arthroscopy.
