Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tříděním raněných při události s hromadným postižením zdraví. V práci budou rozděleny a popsány metody třídění raněných. Jedná se o metodu START (snadné třídění a rychlý transport) a TIK (třídící identifikační karty). Bude zde popsáno řízení události s hromadným postižením zdraví, specifické postupy třídění pomocí metody START, TIK a také specifika ošetření a následného odsunu raněných do zdravotnických zařízení.Ve výzkumné části se tato práce zaměří na znalosti zdravotnických záchranářů třídících metod užívaných při mimořádné události s větším počtem raněných. Výzkum bude prováděn pomocí dotazníků.
This bachelor thesis deals with the sorting of wounded in the events with mass disabilities of health. The work will be divided and described methods of sorting of the wounded. It is a method START (easy triage and rapid transport) and TIC (sorting identification card). There will be described the management of events with mass disabilities of health, specific procedures for grading using the methods START, TIC and also the specifics of the treatment and subsequent evacuation of the wounded to medical facilities.In the research part of this work will focus on knowledge of medical first responders in emergencies sorting methods with more wounded.
