Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na edukaci pacienta s nefrolitiázou.Teoretická část práce obsahuje anatomii a fyziologii vývodných cest močových, charakteristiku nefrolitiázy včetně její epidemiologie, klinických příznaků, diagnostických postupů, terapie a prevence opakování nefrolitiázy. Dále je zde rozebrána edukace pacienta s nefrolitiázou v oblasti pitného či dietního režimu a zdravé životosprávy, především pravidelnou pohybovou aktivitou a udržováním hmotnosti v normě. Výzkumná část práce se zabývá ověřením výzkumných předpokladů, které jsou zaměřeny na informovanost pacientů s nefrolitiázou o nefrolitiáze, režimových opatřeních a prevenci. Obsahuje analýzu dat získaných dotazníkovým šetřením na vybraných urologických odděleních. Na základě výsledků výzkumného šetření byl následně vytvořen edukační standard pro všeobecné sestry a edukační materiál pro pacienty s nefrolitiázou.
The bachelor thesis focuses on educating the patient with nephrolithiasis. The theoretical part contains anatomy and physiology of urinary excretory pathways, characteristics of nephrolithiasis including its epidemiology, clinical symptoms, diagnostic procedures, therapy and prevention of nephrolithiasis. There is also discussed the education of patients with nephrolithiasis in the field of drinking and diet regimes and healthy living, especially regular exercise activity and keeping weight in standard. The research part of the thesis deals with the verification of the research assumptions, which are aimed at informing patients with nephrolithiasis about nephrolithiasis, regimes and prevention. It contains an analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire survey at selected urological wards. Based on the results of the research, an educational standard for general nurses and educational materiál for patients with nephrolithiasis was subsequently created.
