Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou aplikace nízkomolekulárních heparinů. Teoretická část přináší základní přehled o antikoagulační léčbě, nízkomolekulárních heparinech a ošetřovatelském postupu aplikace nízkomolekulárních heparinů, respektive ošetřovatelský postup před aplikací, při aplikaci a po aplikaci nízkomolekulárních heparinů. Výzkumná část se zabývá tím, zda všeobecné sestry dodržují postupy při, před a po aplikaci nízkomolekulárních heparinů. Výzkumná část byla realizována kvantitativním výzkumným šetřením, technikou strukturovaného pozorování pomocí pozorovacího archu. Šetření se zúčastnilo 40 všeobecných sester z Krajské nemocnice v Liberci a. s.
The bachelor thesis is about issues with application of low weigh heparins. The theoretical part brings basic review about anticoagulative treatment., low weigh molecular heparin and nursing process of application low weigh molecule heparin, or rather nursing process before, during and after application of low weight molecular heparin. The research part is focused on nurses and their proceeding before, during and after application of low weight molecular heparin. The reseach part was realize by quantitative research investigation, with structured observation technique and using observation sheet. The observation was attended by 40 nurses from Regional hospital in Liberec.
