Abstract
V této práci je proveden návrh zabezpečení horizontální deskové vyvrtávačky pomocí tří variant řešení. Celá práce je rozdělena do několika částí. V první části je popsán proces posouzení a snížení rizika dle normy ČSN EN ISO 12100. Pak je zde vysvětlena bezpečnost CNC obráběcích strojů podle normy ČSN EN 12417+A2. V těchto částech je upozorněno na nejdůležitější pojmy a informace. Pak je provedeno obeznámení s horizontální deskovou vyvrtávačkou WRD 130. Následně je identifikováno místo, kde hrozí nebezpečí pádu pracovníka. Také jsou provedeny návrhy konstrukčních řešení. Poté jsou varianty vyhodnoceny z hledisek provozu, proveditelnosti a ekonomie. Na závěr je doporučena nejvhodnější varianta řešení.
In this thesis there is made design of security horizontal floor type boring machine using three variants of the solutions. The whole thesis is divided into several parts. In the first part there is described the process of risk assessment and reduction according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 12100. Then there is explained safety of CNC machine tools according to the standard ČSN EN 12417+A2. In this parts are notified to the most important concepts and information. Then there is made introduction with horizontal floor type boring machine WRD 130. Then there is identified the place where there is risk of the worker falling. Also there are made design of construction solutions. Then variants are evaluated from the viewpoints of operation, feasibility and economy. Finally there is recommended the most appropriate variant of the solution.
