Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hydraulické pohony ve stavbě mobilníchstrojů. V úvodní části jsou definovány mobilní stroje a uvedeny příklady jejichpracovních činností, detailněji jsou pak popsány lopatové nakladače. Následujerozbor poţadavků kladených na hnací ústrojí a jejich uspořádání. Tedy na ústrojí stroje, která zajišťují jeho pohyb, kterými jsou pohonná jednotka, převodové a jízdní ústrojí. Hlavní část je věnována hydrostatickým převodníkům a jejich uspořádání v pohonu pojezdu mobilních strojů. V praktické části je vypracován zjednodušený návrh hydrostatického převodového ústrojí pro lopatový nakladač ve dvou variantách. Obě varianty jsou v závěru porovnány.
This bachelor's thesis is focusing on hydraulic propulsions in building of mobile machines. In the introduction part, there is a definition of the mobile machines and examples of their work activities, also in more detail there is a description of shovel loaders. Following is an analysis of requirements put on the drive mechanism and its arrangement. The mechanisms of the machine, which ensure its movement, such as the blast unit, gearboxes or the riding mechanism. The main part is dedicated to hydrostatic transducer and their arrangement in the propulsion of the mobile machines drives. The practical part contains a simplified draft of a hydrostatic gearbox for a shovel loader in two variants. Both variants get compared to each other in the end of the thesis.
