Abstract
Tématem této bakalářské práce je hygienicko-epidemiologický režim na operačním sále. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda personál operačních sálů dodržuje hygienicko-epidemiologický režim, dodržuje předepsanou dobu expozice chirurgické dezinfekce rukou a předepsanou dobu expozice dezinfekce operačního pole. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá organizací a koordinací provozu na operačních sálech a hygienicko-epidemiologickým režimem a jednotlivými ošetřovacími technikami, které jej umožňují dodržovat. Výzkumná část analyzuje dodržování hygienicko-epidemiologického režimu v Krajské nemocnici Liberec, a.s. Výstupem z bakalářské práce bude prezentace výsledků z výzkumného šetření prováděného na Centrálních operačních sálech Krajské nemocnice Liberec, a. s. v dodržování hygienicko-epidemiologického režimu metodou pozorování při nejčastějších činnostech, které narušují aseptické prostředí operačních sálů.
The theme of this thesis is hygienic-epidemiological regime in the operating room. The aim is to identify whether the perioperative nurses respects hygienic-epidemiological regime, observance with the prescribed duration of exposure of surgical hand disinfection and disinfection of the surgical field exposure. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the organization and coordination of the operation in the operating theaters and hygienic - epidemiological regime and different techniques that allows regime to follow. The research analyzes observance of hygienic - epidemiologic regime in Regional hospital. In conclusion of the bachelor thesis there will be presentation of the results from research of compliance of hygienic-epidemiological regime using observation of the most common activities that undermine the aseptic environment operating theaters. Research took place in the Central operating theaters in Liberec Regional Hospital.
