Abstract
Práce se zabývá problematikou urologické péče u pacientů s transverzálními míšními lézemi. První část práce je teoretická, podává základní informace o anatomii a fyziologii míchy a dolních močových cest, podrobněji se zabývá klinickou syndromologií transverzálních míšních lézí a při nich vzniklých dysfunkcích dolních močových cest. V druhé, praktické části, jsou uvedeny možnosti urodynamického vyšetření se zaměřením na cystometrii a výsledky statistického zpracování dat při tomto vyšetření získaných
This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with urological care in patient with transverse spinal cord injury. First part of thesis, theoretical, provides basic informations about anatomy and physiology of the spinal cord and lower urinary tract, in detail deals with clinical syndromology of the transverse spinal cord injury and with dysfunction of lower urinary tract as a result of such injury. In second part, practical, are mentioned options of the urodynamic testing oriented to cystometry and results of statistical data processing obtained at this testing.
