Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá otevřenými vyhřívanými lůžky pro novorozence. Přibližuje problematiku neonatologické intermediární péče a terapeutických přístrojů, pro jejichž provoz jsou využívána otevřená vyhřívaná lůžka. Hlavní část práce se věnuje zjištění a popsání technických nedostatků lůžek, které vedou například ke zhoršenému předávání tepelné energie novorozenci a omezenému použití systémů podpůrné plicní ventilace. Zde se jedná konkrétně o systém Vapotherm 2000i. Výstupem práce je optimalizovaný návrh technického řešení vyhřívaného novorozeneckého lůžka a návrh držáku pacientského okruhu podpůrné plicní ventilace Vapotherm 2000i.
The issue of this thesis are the open heated patient beds for infants. The first part is focused on the neonatalogy intermediary care in global. It also summarizes various therapeutic devices that are used in conjunction with the beds. The main part is dedicated to identifying and describing the technical disadvantages of the beds which are now commonly in use. These disadvantages can for example deteriorate infant's heat exchange or make use of the systems for non-invasive ventilatory support difficult. The outcome of this thesis is a design proposal of a new open heated patient bed for infants and a design proposal of an optimized holder for the high flow oxygen therapy Vapotherm 2000i.
