Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukcí nového navíjecího zařízení pro dokonale přesné křížové vinutí. Nejprve jsou zhodnoceny stávající principy rozváděcích mechanismů pro všechny druhy vinutí a výpočet převodů pro dokonale přesné křížové vinutí. Další část textu se zabývá změnou rychlosti navíjené nitě při rozvádění rozváděcím bubnem. A v poslední části je popsáno navíjecího zařízení, jehož návrh a výkresová dokumentace byly zpracovány v softwaru ProEngeneer Wildfire.
This thesis deals with construction of the new winding mechanism for the totally accurate cross winding. At the first there is description of the current principles of distribution mechanisms for all kinds of winding and so there is calculation of for the totally accurate cross winding. Next part of the text deals with the speed variation of winding thread during the trick drum distribution. In the end of the thesis there is description of winding mechanism, whose concept and design documentation were processed in software PROENGENEER WILDFIRE.
