Rozvoj obchodní sítě Raiffeisenbank z pohledu projektového manažera

Company Raiffeisenbank is one of the biggest banking subject trading on a Czech financial market. Raiffeisenbank expanded to include 70 % clientele after integration with eBanka and took over unique internet banking model. Management of the bank presented new strategy of the Raiffeisenbank´s retail expansion in 2010, which is focused on premium banking and branches network expansion, related with New branch design implementation. This thesis captures principles and standards of the project management in Raiffeisenbank, presents in great detail retail´s expansion and its realization. A theoretical starting of the project management is research in detail with the context of literature. New proposals of the retail´s expansion strategy present other possibilities of the expansion, based on experiences from project ROS and follows the original thought, how could be Raiffeisenbank in the limelight of the Czech banking.
