It contains all the important related to issues such as brand, reputation, marketing communication, Public Relations and Web 2.0. The author devotes considerable attention to traditional and new communication possibilities oriented in that direction. How companies make the reputation of their brand is demonstrated by the company Panasonic and their product category rugged tablets or Toughbooks that were recently introduced to the Czech market. PRAM Consulting agency was hired for creation of good reputation. The author works in this agency and participates in the planning and implementation of Public Relations activities relating to the Panasonic Toughbook. All necessary analysis and research were carried out set the proper communications plan. The final part of this thesis is attended to those analyses and to the selected strategy.
