My bachelor thesis deals with economic situation in 1950s and it focuses on the influence of regional press in this period. In the opening chapter author describes the economic development of the Czechoslovakia and she aims at the Nymburk district. The main body analyses regional journals and it focuses on singularities and differences in every single year of 1950s. It follows how politic events was reported by regional press.
