    Financování projektu regenerace panelového sídliště Plhov v Náchodě

    The thesis deals with the financing of the project of Regeneration of Plhov neighbourhood unit in Náchod which is realized by the Náchod municipal office. First of all, it is focused on characterizing the town, the thesis particularly pays attention to the Plhov neighbourhood unit. It describes its situation before the project of regeneration. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with municipal managing, describes revenues and expenditures of the town budget, especially irrevocable financial transfers from the state budget. There is also defined the public project and the public order, in the theoretical part. The practical part of the thesis describes the project and its financing. According to the financing of the project there are conditions and processes of getting money from the state budget analyzed in the thesis. The final chapters of the thesis deals with requests for grants from the state budget in the year 2006 and previous reguests are evaluated from the view of their success in obtaining the government grants.
