    The motivation is one of the main important issues in the work of a successful manager, which can not be completely ignored today. Working with people with little motivation or even lead unmotivated team is "black dream" of every manager. Executive who is the right engine of motivation is always present for any company large capital whose value is very difficult to quantify. For this reason, the need for daily work with people and the search for ways of motivation that would lead workers to geared to established organizational goals. The goal of my thesis was therefore to obtain relevant information for my future work in managerial incentive values using post study workers' incentives to draw up questionnaires motivational values and overall satisfaction questionnaires, and their subsequent analysis. Detailed analysis of the results obtained are of great benefit to me in particular as regards its own staff management, securing better working conditions, ensuring effective training and career growth opportunities for other social benefits and improve overall communi-cation between colleagues.
