    Průpravné hry při výuce lyžování na základních školách

    The first part of the diploma thesis summarizes theoretical findings of following fields - elementary skiing, school ski training, developmental oddities of pupils in age between 10 and 15 years and the field of preparatory exercises and games. The evaluation of the preparatory exercises and games in the first part of the basic stage of school skiing is the head target of the methodical part of the thesis. Finding out the level of ski skills of children as skiers-beginners taked place at four elementary schools. A special test based on the Czech ski school (its first part) was made to prove the level of ski skills. The pupils went through the test at the beginning of the class and after the class which includes the prepatopy exercises, games and competitions. The testing showed that preparatory elements used during the ski teaching have a benefical effect on the teaching result and motivates the pupils as well as the instructor.
