    This thesis describes the exact instructions on the use of Atos v6.1software designed for non-contact forms. Form is the car seat for foaming polyurethane foam, for which this guidance is intended. Another part of my thesis is to serve as the comparison of measured data with CAD data of foam shrinkage. Furthermore, comparison and evaluation of measurement data cubing car bumper and headlamp with CAD data.

    This work deals with the measurement and calculation of the heat recovery exchanger. This is a multi-plate and plate heat recovery heat exchanger with cross flow of work materials are also included numerical models used for flow visualization. The first part is an introduction to the problem of heat recovery and heat recovery equipment theoretical designs. The second part deals with possible methods for the measurement and creation of numerical models in Fluent. The third section focuses on the actual measurement and evaluation of the data.
