    The Bachelor thesis was concerned with problems of child care with the specific disorder of learning and appeared from a present situation. Its goal was to map parents awareness of the specific disorder of learning problems and cooperation of parents and school during reeducation of those disorders. The work was composed of two fundamental sections. It is a theoretical section which, with a help of literary source elaboration, explained problems of specific disorder of learning, legislative determination of pedagogical integration, counseling, reeducation of problem or current trends in care of a person with specific needs. Functional section was, with a help of non-standardized questionnaire, detecting awareness and approach of parents to the specific children´s problems. It also detected the level of parent cooperation with school or counseling center and their opinions on school attitude to those children. The results showed that awareness of the parents was higher if the cause of the child´s problem was a genetic disposition. Simultaneously, these parents cooperated with a school institution in greater amount. They also actively participated in reeducation and looked for specialists in special pedagogy or psychology branch more often. Regarding the solved problems, I might consider the biggest contribution of this work increasing awareness of parents in given problems and improvement of communication and cooperation of parents with specialists.
