    Bachelor thesis on the issue of immoral crimes committed against children in particular. The main of this theme was sexual abuse of children. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely a theoretical-methodological and empirical part. Theoretical and methodological part deals with a historical excursion to the subject, defines sexual abuse, dealing with the victim and vice offense, indecent assault and expertise opinions of the forensic sciences, especially law and psychology. The empirical part focuses on statistical quantitative analysis of the available empirical data. The aim was to obtain the maximum amount of data on the prevalence of sexual abuse of children in the district of Czech Lipa. Data was gathered from statistical criminal investigative materials and files for the period from 2003 to 2008. Work summarizes the data obtained on the forms, terms, the cause, duration, frequency and method of sexual abuse. Question part also includes a survey of police officers.
